What is Shamanic Breathwork?
Shamanic Breathwork is a deep inner journey.  Riding the wave of our breath, we are guided to allow the body to heal on multiple levels.  During the Shamanic Breathwork Ceremony we create sacred space to allow the individual’s soul to resonate with its core truth.  Through the breath, we can face inner challenges and external obstacles, bringing us to greater understanding of our own strength and healing capacities within ourselves.  Awakening is the gift we receive through the breath.
Shamanic Breathwork is for all those who seeking healing…healing of the inner and outer worlds.
What to expect:
You will be given all the information on the breathing process before the ceremony.  We will co-create a sacred and safe environment for your journey.
What to bring:
Each person will need to bring a eye mask (bandanna), mat/yoga mat, pillow, blanket and any sacred items they would like to be present for their journey.
2 hours…Breathwork will be for 60 minutes.  We will be given instructions before beginning the Ceremony and will do a group sharing after the Ceremony.
